About the Founder & Coach
Born out of passion, Creed is the brainchild of Sheba Devaraj. From being an avid runner to finding her calling in fitness, she’s been focused on curating unique fitness programs for the past seven years.
She’s an ACE certified personal trainer, CrossFit level 1 and 2, EKFA kettle bells level 1 and 2 trainer, ACE fitness nutrition specialist, ACE Sports Performance Specialist, NESTA wellness and weight management specialist, Super Body Super Brain (Cognitive training method) personal trainer and EKFA GroupEX trainer.
Sheba also competes in State Powerlifting Competitions and has won Gold in Deadlift competitions.
She has also won two podiums in running.

Slots are allocated based on availability. We exclusively work on slot-basis. No overlaps, no wasted time and no idle hours. You walk in, workout with your buddies and walk out on time. Absolutely safe, adheres to all safety measures, hygienic space and we DO NOT accommodate more than 5 in a slot, unless it’s personal training, then the studio is yours exclusively.
