About Creed

Creed was incepted in 2020, January 25th. That’s right! Right during COVID-19. Creed means belief or principle, true to its name it stood strong through the waves of uncertainty.

A strength and conditioning studio that has carefully curated fitness programs for everyone.

Today, Creed is known as one of Chennai’s best fitness studios that focus on strength and conditioning.

We believe in strength for all. 

Creed is:

  • A semi-private studio. It simply means that semi-private sessions accommodate minimal clients (apart from one-on-ones, where the studio is booked exclusively for you)
  • A strength and conditioning studio that has carefully curated fitness programs (link to creed programs page) for everyone.
  • A studio that has certified and experienced coaches who know and understand your exact requirements.
  • A clean and safe space for everyone to take on fitness.

Our Ideology

Physiologically, each one is unique. A one-program-fit-for-all is not our game. Creed curates programs that cater to clients of all levels – from a novice to an athlete. 

A combination of fitness approaches fused with smart eating plans is the backbone to our fitness programs.

Name your goal and we have a program for you. From being sedentary to getting fit, from being fit to losing fat, from losing fat to performing better, from performance to competing, we have them all.

Creed is where you get fit, grow strong and be invincible.

About the Founder and Coach

Born out of passion, Creed is the brainchild of Sheba Devaraj.  From being an avid runner to finding her calling in fitness, she’s been focused on curating unique fitness programs for the past nine years.

She holds the following certifications:

  • ACE certified personal trainer
  • CrossFit level 1 and 2 trainer
  • ACE Sports Performance Specialist
  • ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist
  • EKFA kettle bells level 1 and 2 trainer
  • NESTA wellness and weight management specialist
  • Super Body Super Brain (Cognitive training method) personal trainer
  • EKFA GroupEX trainer
  • Life coach

 Sheba has also competed in State Powerlifting Competitions and has won Gold in Deadlift competitions. She has also won two podiums in running.

 As a coach, Sheba has several success stories, though she believes that inspiring women and men to embrace fitness is success in itself.

 Sheba aims to create awareness on healthy living and quality aging. “More women should explore their strength and enjoy the process of getting stronger,” she says.

 It is imperative to treat your body right during your early years and nurture it to face the slower years.

 So, don’t wait for the year beginning to set a goal. Start where you are with what you have. You are your best investment.
